Before I bought the grand piano version by the same author I didnt know how to play piano I have learned basic songs and cant wait to try them on a regular piano.
This one is quite cool the sound is different it makes Christmas music sound better I have a adapter that lets me connect this to a stereo system so it sounds amazing. Great work on this and the grand piano.
I bought this app with very high expectations and they were fulfilled. The one thing I would suggest adding is a way to edit or delete *layers* of a recording to undo errors.
Sound of the instrument is PERFECT. You get at least half a dozen octaves to play with. Controls are easy to understand. Adjustable reverb is fantastic. And you can chime along with music.

Ignore all the bad reviews from folks expecting a "regular piano". This is a celesta (think glockenspiel with keys ala Dance of the Sugarplum Fairie). You cant buy a real celesta for under $2000 so this is quite a bargain.
Please, PLEASE add MIDI support. PLEASE!!!
Some bad moments
The sound this instrument makes is not close to an actual keyboard celesta. A Keyboard Celesta uses hammers to strike metal chimes suspended over wooden reverb boxes. Think glockenspiel but softer sounds and longer note sustain. I am using this on an iPhone so perhaps theres some instrument setting changes available on other devices but not on the iphone? I have performed on an actual Yamaha Celeste this sounds nothing like it.
Plz help I dont get the controls. I might give it a better review! Otherwise I wasted 99 cents
There should be options to change the type of Piano it is, without knowing what Celesta is one could assume it was still going to sound like a Piano and not a xylophone or something similar. I just wanted a good baby grand or even old blues style bar piano sound.
I like that it has the recording feature, a metronome, and reverb, but they should update it so you can do other stuff. Or maybe I should bought the other Piano App. Oh well, save your money unless you want that kind of sound.
Im a bit disappointed in this app. I wish you could play it with its regular piano sound, and not the crappy sound it gives you. Looks can be deceiving. If I were you, I wouldnt buy this until they did something about this. Not happy I spent .99 cents on this annoying app.

The sound used to be good, not anymore. Also, why cant you scroll throught the keys anymore? I can only play from c to c, not from any other note to amy other note. Go back to tge original, please.
